RootWell is a neutral service for discovering and exploring church communities. It helps people find practical information, see church-provided or publicly sourced materials, save private options, and decide what may be worth exploring further.

RootWell is not built as a popularity contest. We do not offer public star ratings, “best church” rankings, or paid placement that makes a church appear to be a better personal fit.

A profile, source label, claim status, Visitor Connection option, or appearance in RootWell is not an endorsement of a church, leader, theology, practice, service, or event. RootWell does not decide which theological position is correct and does not guarantee that a church will be a fit for any person.

Church information can change. RootWell does not guarantee the completeness, currentness, availability, safety, accessibility, or accuracy of profile details, external content, directions, service times, or other information. Please confirm important details directly with the church or source before relying on them.

RootWell is not an emergency service, crisis line, counseling provider, pastoral-care provider, or substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or spiritual advice. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

Do not use RootWell to:

• Impersonate a person, church, campus, ministry, or RootWell representative.
• Submit harmful, threatening, hateful, harassing, unlawful, deceptive, or sexually explicit material.
• Make false claims about a church, person, community, or your own authority.
• Collect information about people for unwanted contact, discrimination, or any other improper purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, automate, probe, interfere with, or attempt to bypass RootWell or its access controls without permission.

People and church representatives remain responsible for material they submit. By submitting content, they represent that they have the needed rights and permissions to share it and that it follows the applicable RootWell guidelines.

RootWell may review, redact, limit, remove, or decline content, profiles, claims, reports, or access when we believe it is necessary to protect people, rights, accuracy, safety, or the intended experience. Moderation is not a promise that RootWell has reviewed every item or that every concern will be resolved in a particular way.

RootWell may present information from church representatives, members, and legitimate public sources. Source context can help people understand where information came from, but it does not make every detail complete or permanent. If you see a possible correction, please let us know.

External links and embeds, including church sites, maps, livestreams, social platforms, and other services, are provided for convenience. RootWell does not control or endorse those destinations and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
