Our commitment
RootWell wants people to be able to explore church communities, understand practical visit information, and use our public pages without unnecessary barriers. Accessibility is part of building a welcoming service, not a one-time checklist.
How we are working
We are working to improve readable content, semantic structure, keyboard-visible focus, responsive layouts, descriptive links, and clear navigation. We also encourage churches to provide practical accessibility information on their profiles so people can make informed visit decisions.
RootWell does not claim that every part of the service meets a particular accessibility standard or that every third-party website, embed, map, livestream, or church-provided item is accessible. Those experiences may be outside our control.
Share accessibility feedback
If you encounter a barrier, please email RootWell with the page or feature involved, the device or assistive technology context if you are comfortable sharing it, and a short description of what happened. This helps us understand where to focus.

An ongoing practice
This page describes RootWell's current accessibility intention and feedback route. It is not a claim of accessibility certification or legal compliance. We will update this page as our practices receive further review and the service evolves.
