A clear role in a trusted discovery experience.

A claim or management role must reflect actual authority for the specific church organization and campus involved. An organization may have multiple campuses, and a campus may have its own service times, visitor details, leaders, content, and ministries. Representatives must not claim, edit, or speak for a campus or organization outside their authority.

Authorized representatives should keep RootWell informed when their role, employment, access needs, or relationship to a campus changes.

Representatives must provide information that is truthful, current to the best of their knowledge, and appropriate for a public church-discovery experience. This includes practical details, ministry information, service times, visitor guidance, profile descriptions, contact paths, and source context.

Do not use RootWell to misrepresent a church's identity, affiliation, beliefs, accessibility, cultural community, leadership, services, or availability. If information changes, update it or ask RootWell to review a correction.

RootWell may request information or cooperation needed to review a claim, including confirmation from an official domain or another reasonable verification path. RootWell may limit access by organization, campus, or role, and a verified claim does not grant authority beyond those approved boundaries.

Churches do not receive private seeker discovery activity. This includes searches, saved churches, comparisons, private visit plans, profile or media activity, visit-guide or directions activity, location history, and inferred preferences. RootWell does not provide this information to churches individually or as church-facing totals.

A church's presence on RootWell does not create a right to identify, target, contact, or infer information about people who viewed or considered that church.

A campus may receive a person's selected contact details only when that person sends a purpose-specific Visitor Connection request to that named campus. The recipient campus must use the information only to respond to that selected request, such as a request for contact, ministry information, visitor guidance, baptism information, or membership next steps.

Do not use Visitor Connection information for unrelated outreach, list building, sharing with another organization, or any purpose beyond the person's request. If RootWell receives a correction or withdrawal request, the campus may be asked to cooperate with the review.

By submitting content, a church representative confirms that the organization has the needed rights to let RootWell host and display the material in connection with that church's RootWell profile and related discovery experience. The representative also confirms that required permissions have been obtained for identifiable people and minors appearing in submitted material.

Do not submit content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights. RootWell may request clarification, add source context, or remove content while a concern is reviewed.

RootWell may review, correct, limit, remove, or decline claims, profile changes, media, and other contributions to protect accuracy, safety, rights, or the intended RootWell experience. A church may contact RootWell to raise a correction or dispute about its profile or claim status. RootWell may ask for supporting context before making changes.

RootWell does not use paid participation to make a church appear to be a better match, rank it higher in supposedly objective recommendations, or give it an advantage over another church in neutral discovery. Future church tools, if offered, should support useful operations rather than manipulate personal-fit results.
